Baptism is a Sacrament in the United Methodist tradition. It was ordained by Jesus, and is a symbol and pledge of the Christian’s profession and God’s love toward us. Baptism is a means of grace where God works invisibly in our life, confirming our faith. We believe Baptism signifies entrance into the household of faith, is a symbol of repentance and inner cleansing from our sins, and a representation of a new birth in Christ Jesus and a mark of discipleship (the ways we will grow in faith as we live forward). Baptism is open to everyone regardless of age or religious background. To be baptized you will need to meet briefly with either Pastor. Fill out this form where you will choose a service time (8:30 or 10:30) and a date.
