This season, anything you purchase from an online retailer can also provide a donation to your church. It’s easy and it does not cost you or the church additional money. It’s simple, nearly every online retailer participates from Amazon, to Starbucks, to many more.How to participate: Just go to www.umcmarket.org and create a profile. When asked to choose a ministry, search for Louisburg United Methodist Church (be sure you have the Kansas one as there is another in a different state). Then, make your purchases through umcmarket and the retailer you choose. A portion of your purchase will automatically be donated to Louisburg UMC.
Is it safe: Your transaction is still processed through the retailer you choose (like Amazon) so it is just as safe as your normal purchases. But, this way, Louisburg UMC gains extra funds to make a difference in the world!
