Advent brought lots of fun activities to LUMC! On December 8th the monthly Ladies Luncheon group were invited in for a catered lunch and games. The meal was tasty and the games had us laughing until we cried. What a great way to get into the Christmas spirit!

Marilou, our Children's Director, had the young ones of the church practicing for the annual Children's Christmas play. The play, Footprints to the Manger, involved kids from both the M&M's and the Youth group and took place on Dec. 10th during worship.

After worship on Dec 10th, the Care Team and Pastor Kathy left for Vintage Park and Louisburg Care Center for our monthly worship with Communion service. The residents loved singing the familiar Christmas carols and hearing the story of Christ's birth!

Carolyn gathered a group to sing two beautiful Christmas Carols during worship on Dec. 17th.
